Interim Management

Most of our interim roles are either singular roles requiring a stop gap until a full time

interim management

candidate is found or joint roles which encompass interim and change management. Most of our clients are now going for the latter which is not only cost effective but is a better solution for those clients which are looking for radical service change.

Our services usually fall into two categories that of managing director level or below or in areas such as performance and quality management.

Our services are predominantly linked with Housing or Leisure where each of our people has extensive knowledge and experience.

CASE STUDY

This was a programme of projects as well as that of an interim role of Head of Private Sector Housing.

The projects directly relating to private sector housing included a full service transformation, structure and terms and conditions, training including customer care, innovation workshops, strategies, process mapping and new service designs. We additionally delivered through training and development a new in-house management team.

Periphery projects included that of working with the North London Sub Region on various project schemes, leading the north London group on benchmarking and delivering on eco projects.

The final project was delivering process workshops and training for a combined private sector housing team with that of sections within Social Care that would deliver efficiencies and improved customer centric services to many vulnerable tenants.
